Recruitment Support and Coordination

As a German-speaking Recruitment Specialist at Helprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our international recruitment processes. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates. Your fluency in German will be key to supporting our German-speaking stakeholders and candidates, while your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with our international teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate with candidates and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the recruitment team.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
