Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Establish relationships with potential clients to expand our services in Poland.
- Project Estimation: Estimate the cost of projects and determine the terms of cooperation.
- Contract Negotiation: Sign contracts with clients and ensure smooth project execution.
- CRM Management: Work in CRM and update information there to maintain accurate client records.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on client interactions and project progress.
- Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales of services in recruiting or a related field.
- Market Understanding: Strong understanding of the market of mass recruiting.
- HR Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of topics in the HR industry, including the temporary labor market.
- Sales Techniques: Familiarity with sales techniques consistent with current market trends.
- Languages: Working proficiency in Polish and English (at least B2).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google, Excel, and PC.
- Compensation: Competitive compensation package includes a fixed part of salary from 4000 - 6000 PLN monthly net + bonuses depending on work performance.
- Benefits: Annual paid vacation according to local legislation, occasional travel to clients' offices or factories, participation in exhibitions after passing probation period.
- Employee Type: Full-time employee (termless contract) with remote format.
- Required Equipment: Laptop, mobile phone, and internet with LTE speeds or higher.
