We are searching for an ambitious Associate Business Manager to join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in expanding our business with companies from the Nordic countries.
This position requires someone who can demonstrate high motivation, courage to work in outbound sales, and build lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, be a natural relationship builder, and possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on detail.
Your Responsibilities- Research our clients and prospects' organizations to identify decision-makers aligned with our offerings.
- Collaborate with our technical and managerial team to prepare proposals and secure contracts.
- Tailor sales materials to resonate with individual client needs, showcasing the value proposition of Sii's services.
- Be responsible for the full sales and delivery cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Natural relationship builder with a strong focus on detail and the ability to foster trust through professionalism.
- Positive attitude, not giving up easily, understanding the process and effort it takes to reach success.
- Quick learner with a curious mind, eager to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT landscape.
- Experience in customer acquisition, headhunting, or a related field, with a demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets (preferably in the IT area).
