Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kraków. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily in German and English.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the financial sector, supporting customers through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and providing solutions to complex problems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
- KYC/AML Compliance: Verify customer details as part of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) activities, maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Account Setup: Assist new clients with account setup, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenging requests from customers, always prioritizing their satisfaction and well-being.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to answer questions and provide the best possible customer service, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with our Tech Team by sharing customer feedback and proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of our trading app.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- German Language Skills: C1 level or above in German, along with excellent English language skills at B2 level or above.
- Customer-Oriented Attitude: A strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, with proficiency in using various software applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Availability: Availability to work 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
