Head of Growth Marketing

We're seeking a seasoned growth marketing professional to spearhead our business expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Growth Strategy
    • Collaborate with our CEO to design a growth strategy that leverages new and existing channels.
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of our current marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
    • Identify and propose new customer acquisition channels for experimentation and scaling.
  • Results-Driven Approach and Reporting
    • Work with our CEO to define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking marketing success.
    • Develop easy-to-understand dashboards to monitor performance and share progress with the team.
    • Regularly analyze results, making data-backed decisions to optimize strategies and drive improvements.
  • Optimize Existing Marketing Channels
    • Develop and execute a LinkedIn strategy to share key results and SEO insights with our audience.
    • Create and continuously optimize free resources to build brand awareness and engage potential customers.
  • Explore New Channels and Opportunities
    • Design and implement a referral and partnership program to foster new business opportunities.
    • Develop a strategy for acquiring and engaging new partners, including co-marketing initiatives and collaborative events.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in growth roles, particularly in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strategic thinker with a fresh perspective on past efforts.
  • Action-oriented with hands-on execution skills.
  • Highly organized with a focus on initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.
  • Budget savvy with the ability to manage budgets and make thoughtful allocation recommendations.
