At Livespace, we're on a mission to empower sales teams to achieve predictable growth through process-oriented SaaS CRM. As our Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and scaling our operations from Poland to the broader European market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Scaling: Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives growth and scales our operations.
  • Outbound Sales Management: Lead a team of BDMs and SDRs responsible for both inbound and outbound channels, ensuring efficient lead qualification and nurturing.
  • Compensation & Performance Systems: Review and revise existing sales team compensation and incentive structures to align with current market and company growth strategies.
  • Lead Qualification & Automation: Overhaul the lead qualification process, transitioning from manual methods to automated scoring systems to improve efficiency.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product to assess and adjust product pricing, ensuring competitive positioning while maximizing average selling price (ASP).
  • Brand Advocacy: Share knowledge about sales management and best practices, building trust around the company brand with strong networking in the sales community.
  • People Management: Create an engaging workplace culture based on mutual trust, demonstrating fair and supportive leadership style while keeping pulse on daily team activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in scaling sales operations in the EU market, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in outbound sales, with a solid understanding of the entire sales funnel and associated KPIs.
  • Strong ability to design and manage sales compensation plans and performance metrics.
  • Technical expertise in managing sales tech stack without need for strong IT support.
  • Hands-on experience in automating lead qualification and other customer acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Understanding of product pricing strategies and ability to work collaboratively with product teams to optimize pricing models.
  • Great leadership skills & experience in managing teams of SDRs responsible for both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
