Job Title: Head of Employee Services, EMEA

At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employee Services team in the EMEA region. As the Head of Employee Services, EMEA, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Services strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative HR solutions, driving business outcomes and improving employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in HR, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
