Payroll Administrator with Spanish or Portuguese Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Goldman Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process timesheets, work records, allowances, benefits, and other payroll elements and upload data into the system (Workday).
- Cooperate closely with external local payroll providers.
- Accurately process and validate monthly payroll.
- Assist with local management regarding administrative questions related to payroll, pension, insurance, etc.
- Cooperate closely with HR Administrators and the HR Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR area (HR Generalist, HR Advisor, Payroll Specialist, HR Administrator, or similar).
- Practical knowledge and experience in payroll will be an asset, but is not necessary.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
