BigTime Software, a leading provider of back-office time and budgeting solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Large Accounts market.

Your Mission
  1. Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the US.
  2. Oversee and execute LinkedIn cold email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to increase conversions and maximize the number of quality demos.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Requirements
  1. C1/C2 level English proficiency to effectively communicate with our US-based team.
  2. Availability to work atypical hours, including evenings and weekends.
  3. 3+ years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record of success.
  4. 2+ years of experience in the B2B industry, with a focus on mid-sized to large account market.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Strong desire to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  3. Experience working with American customers and databases.
