Sales Development Representative

BigTime Software, a leading provider of back-office time and budgeting solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Large Accounts market.
Your Mission- Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the US.
- Oversee and execute LinkedIn cold email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to increase conversions and maximize the number of quality demos.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- C1/C2 level English proficiency to effectively communicate with our US-based team.
- Availability to work atypical hours, including evenings and weekends.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience in the B2B industry, with a focus on mid-sized to large account market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working with American customers and databases.
