We're expanding our Polish team, and as a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients, acquire new business, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.">
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and effective.">
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts, to optimize sales strategies.">
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members from different departments to create compelling proposals and presentations, staying updated on industry developments and maintaining a deep understanding of InStreamly technology and solutions.">
  • Campaign Management and Client Reporting">

We're looking for someone with:

  • ">
  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of successfully acquiring clients in marketing, media, or gaming industries.">
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Good understanding of the marketing and preferably gaming industry, with the ability to analyze trends and opportunities.">
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.">
  • Polish Fluency and English Proficiency: Polish fluency and good knowledge of English (additional language skills are a plus).">
  • HubSpot Familiarity: Knowledge of HubSpot is a nice-to-have, but not essential.">
