About Our Team

We are a dynamic team of experienced professionals seeking an ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our Warsaw-based operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
