Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead with Czech or Slovak Language Expertise to join our team at TOPTALENT.

About the Role

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Advisors and ensuring they meet their sales targets. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Sales Advisors and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native/Fluent in Czech or Slovak (both verbal and written) and good command in English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B), managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment
  • Vibrant and resolute personality to successfully lead and coach a team
  • Understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment, a drive to make an impact, and share best practices
  • Effective task prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure
