We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies. We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy individual to fill the role of IT Support Specialist at our office in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for EUC infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain OS images through Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Develop and implement software update schedules, including patch management and software distribution tools.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to cloud-based applications and services.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Document support activities, including technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, and proactively propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of cloud-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or at least 2 years of post-secondary education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience working in a technology or systems department.
  • Proficient knowledge in various software and systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOS.
  • Experience administering in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
  • Fluent in creating and scripting complex multi-line tasks using PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
