About the Role

This role involves creating and maintaining process documentation, providing finance support for F&AS projects, and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. Attention to detail, a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, and effective collaboration skills are key attributes for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare accounting data for posting, collaborating with FP&A, global accounting, and tax departments to gather necessary details, such as calculating intercompany invoices, interests, and maintaining schedules for cost amortization and accruals.
  • Assist in the annual statutory audits
  • Actively participate in the monthly closing process, including expense and balance sheet account analysis pertaining to owned areas
  • Assist in financial analysis and ad-hoc projects, as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or another relevant field required
  • Excellent communication/documentation skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • English very good, other language will be an asset
