Job Title: ICAAP Economic Forecasting Manager

Join our team at 11101 Citibank Europe plc Poland as an ICAAP Economic Forecasting Manager, where you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing macroeconomic scenarios for stress testing and capital planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain econometric models to forecast macroeconomic variables and expand enterprise scenario designs to all required variables.
  • Collaborate with the Economics and Strategy Research teams, other Risk functions, and line of businesses to ensure accurate and reliable forecasting.
  • Document models and perform ongoing model maintenance to comply with the firm's model risk management policy.
  • Work with the model implementation team to facilitate production runs and monitor model output.
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders and provide insights on the implications of forecasts for regulatory initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in economic research and model development, with a focus on forecasting economic and financial variables.
  • Expertise in macroeconomic analysis, forecasting, and scenario design.
  • Familiarity with CCAR, CECL, and ICAAP stress testing scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting data visually to senior management.
  • Masters' degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Econometrics, mathematics, or statistics, with a PhD degree preferred.
