Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement an effective internal and external communications strategy aligned with Aptiv Poland's business objectives.
  • Media Relations: Manage national and local media relations and events, working closely with Corporate Communications and external firms.
  • Content Development: Create key messages and content to enhance thought leadership, brand awareness, and employee engagement in Poland.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR to develop a robust Employer Value Proposition (EVP) showcasing Aptiv's unique benefits and career opportunities.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect Aptiv's reputation and minimize risk.
  • Spokesperson Support: Provide media training and interview preparation for approved spokespersons.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and corporate communication teams to ensure seamless internal communication and coordination of various activities.
  • Global Campaigns: Localize and customize global internal communication campaigns to align with local cultural context.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish measurable goals to track the effectiveness of communication programs and ensure consistency with corporate guidelines.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing Communications.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in communications at a technology company or PR agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective communications plans in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and external communications skills, including strong writing and speaking skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and encourage accountability with internal and external partners.
  • Exceptional judgment, able to think strategically and tactically under pressure.
  • Proven ability to understand complex solutions and communicate them effectively.
  • Strong editorial and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience in video production, electronic messaging, and managing digital photo files.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment and on own initiative.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.
