At HRK S.A., we're seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Java expert, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing new functionalities while maintaining existing solutions.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global company providing innovative IT services. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing new functionalities, making up approximately 75% of your workload, as well as maintaining existing solutions (approximately 25%).
  • Developing features based on business requirements.
  • Participating in process automation within the application.
  • Resolving reported issues and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner, testers, and other project team members.
  • Coordinating activities with other IT departments within the company's global structures.
  • Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

You'll be working with a tech stack that includes JAVA 8+, Wildfly, Hibernate, Oracle, JUnit, GIT, Maven, SOAP, REST, JBoss, and JAVA EE.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, primarily working with Java technologies (8-17), PL/SQL, SQL. You should also possess:

  • Good knowledge of design principles and relational database management.
  • Solid understanding of programming principles and best practices in software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to deepen domain knowledge.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Openness to working in an international environment.
