About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the commercial strategy for a key global customer within our Clean Air business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building strategic customer relationships, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external teams to achieve long-term business goals.
  2. Lead all commercial aspects of the relationship with the nominated TR1 Client, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  3. Work closely with internal teams and the TR1 Client to develop and implement optimized processes, including Service Level Agreements, dispute resolutions, and claim management.
  4. Oversee new product introductions, sales forecasting, and develop scorecards for both the TR1 Client and JM to create a progressive way of working.
