Job Description

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at KPMG, you will play a key role in helping our clients drive digital transformation and improve business efficiency through the effective use of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and workflows to stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, and workflow to ensure seamless solution deployment.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development among stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize ServiceNow operations to improve performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Translate and simplify requirements for developers through user stories, ensuring accurate solution delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to ServiceNow platform and other relevant technologies like HPSM/Remedy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management, implementing technology-enabled service management workstreams (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business requirements definition, and functional design sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process quality methodology, agile methodology, business process analysis, and redesign required.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4 preferred).
  • Experience navigating project management and agile tools such as SPM/ITBM, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
