This position involves working closely with the FP&A Director to drive business success through financial expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborating with Group Finance during the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Consolidating global divisional inputs and providing actionable feedback to Management.
  3. Developing and maintaining key divisional trackers, offering valuable insights.
  4. Assisting in rolling forecasting processes and preparing comprehensive performance review presentations.
  5. Coordinating annual budgeting efforts, consolidating input from all segments within the Division.
  6. Providing regular reports and timely feedback, highlighting performance against critical KPIs.
  7. Leading the development and maintenance of financial applications in Qlik.
  8. Communicating effectively with Management at various levels, providing timely and relevant feedback.
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in Controlling/Accounting or Business Management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as required.
  • A business-driven mindset, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Oracle HFM system, and SAP R/3 Business Warehouse system. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is advantageous.
