Drive Commercial Growth with tesa

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a strong commercial mindset? Do you have a proven track record in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships? We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Industrial Sales Professional and contribute to the commercialization of our innovative adhesive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share with key accounts
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships, building trust and driving business results
  • Identify new business opportunities and commercialize them through proactive project-based initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and sales growth
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in an international environment, preferably with experience working with industrial distributors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at complex organizations
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities, including proficiency in Office applications
  • Proficiency in Polish and excellent English language and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Preferred Location: Southeast part of Poland, due to customer assignments
