Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at tesa, a leading European organization in the industrial trade and converting sector.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, focusing on industrial trade and converting solutions. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and other European colleagues to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to commercialize them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong commercial background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. You should be highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities
  • Proficient in Polish and excellent English language skills
  • Ready to travel up to 60% of the time

Location

The preferred location for this role is the southeast part of Poland, due to customer assignments.
