Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Manager to join our Polish BizDev team. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients, acquiring new business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with team members from different teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Run campaigns with elements of project management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of Instreamly technology and solutions that we can offer to clients
Requirements:
  • Proactive attitude and liking challenges
  • Previous track record of successfully acquiring clients
  • Good understanding of the marketing and preferably gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Polish and English fluency
  • Nice to have: French fluency
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of HubSpot
