We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As an expert in customer experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our valued clients receive exceptional customer support.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy. You will also assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. If you are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer support to valued clients
- Handle customer inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge
