As a leading player in the bancassurance software market, RIFE by Sollers Consulting offers a unique platform for retail and consumer finance banks to transform their bancassurance operations digitally.

RIFE enables a low-risk digital transformation, allowing banks to achieve 10 times faster time-to-market for new insurance products. Our platform is based on modern technology and has a proven track record in top-tier European banks.

We're looking for an experienced Bancassurance Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee sales activities for RIFE, ensuring the product's profitability and growth. You'll design and implement sales methodologies to maximize market penetration and develop strategies to cultivate strategic client relationships.

You'll work closely with our RIFE Product team, responsible for product development and roadmap delivery, as well as implementation teams and marketing. Data analytics tools will be used to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Leadership: At least 10 years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years as Product Manager responsible for sales and financial results of the product.
  2. Industry Expertise: Proven success in IT product sales in the banking sector.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing product strategy, including sales, pricing, and marketing strategy for the product.
  4. Tactical Execution: Experience in managing sales teams and coordinating effective sales activities.
  5. Technical Skills: Good understanding of the bancassurance market and knowledge of IT implementation projects in the banking industry.
  6. Communication: Fluency in English.
