Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist - HR at Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for various HR-related tasks, including Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Conduct quality checks for Time & Attendance Management, Payroll Strategy & Management, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Support the resolution of HR-related inquiries and escalate non-transactional issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including SuccessFactors, SAP, and Workday.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A higher education degree and relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage priorities efficiently.
