About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in TN Poland. As an Office Coordinator Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient work environment for colleagues and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documentation.
- Coordinate office events, including catering, vendors, and decorations.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to address employee concerns.
- Maintain a standardized and well-maintained office environment.
- Coordinate IT equipment shipments and manage vendor relationships.
- Order office supplies and develop administrative procedures.
- Handle purchase requisitions and set up new vendors in the system.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration (nice to have)
- Able to work five days a week from the office
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Openness towards stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
