About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Integration Developer to join our team at Epiq. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations within the Workday HR module.
You will work closely with HR functions, IT, Finance, and external vendors to identify and solve integration needs. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing consultation on complex reporting and calculated fields.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective integration solutions to meet business requirements, collaborating with HR Technology Analysts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations using Cloud Connects, Document Transformations, Enterprise Interface Builders, and Workday Studio.
- Conduct systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with appropriate teams.
- Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.
- Implement new Workday functionality and remove deprecated values.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday integration development.
- Proficiency with Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, SSL, PGP, SAML, WSDL.
