About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as Chief Financial Operations Manager. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for designing and building up our group accounting and reporting processes. You will work closely with our business leaders to ensure efficient solutions and proper coverage of all general accounting and record-to-report matters across our Group entities.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth ambitions, including our Initial Public Offering (IPO) on a leading stock exchange. As Global Process Owner, you will lead and drive the build-up of Record to Report processes within our Group Finance Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing effective and efficient accounting and reporting processes to support our E-mobility business;
  • Serving as a process owner to deliver faster and more accurate financial information, greater performance visibility, and enhanced compliance;
  • Assisting countries in defining and implementing robust accounting processes by ensuring internal controls compliance;
  • Performing deep Balance Sheet reviews in the countries, ensuring accounts reconciliation, and aged items monitoring processes for proper discrepancies/anomalies resolution;
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex accounting transactions;

We are looking for a senior professional who can navigate complex financial topics and translate results into recommendations for senior leadership. Other essential requirements include:

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting functions of a global company, with a strong focus on Accounting & Reporting;
  • Sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards (US-GAAP is a plus);
  • Managing diverse teams in executing and delivering results in an international environment within tight deadlines;
  • A University degree (Bachelor/Master) plus further professional qualification;
