Opis Stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Key Account Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za długoterminowe i strategiczne planowanie współpracy z kluczowymi klientami firmy w oparciu o Joint Business Planning.

Obowiązki:
  • Tworzenie strategii rozwoju biznesu z grupą klientów w zgodzie z priorytetami firmy.
  • Przygotowanie planów negocjacyjnych i prowadzenie rozmów rocznych z wybranymi kluczowymi klientami.
  • Aktywne uczestnictwo w zwiększaniu udziału rynkowego firmy w jednym z kanałów sprzedaży.
  • Zarządzanie pracą Key Accounta Managera – wyznaczanie i rozliczanie zadań, mentoring i coaching, wsparcie w realizacji założeń biznesowych.
  • Współpraca z Group Key Account Managerem w projektowaniu długofalowych założeń biznesowych i planów ich egzekucji.
Wymagania:
  • Min. 5-letnie doświadczenie w Dziale Sprzedaży, optymalnie w kanale Modern Trade (Dyskonty, Hiper/Supermarkety, Convenience).
  • Doświadczenie w samodzielnie prowadzonych i zakończonych sukcesem negocjacjach z klientami MT (min. 3 cykle roczne).
  • Szerokie rozumienie rynku FMCG i znajomość procesów nim rządzących.
  • Doświadczenie managerskie – zarządzanie min. 1 osobą.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie biegłym.
  • Wysoce rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne i analityczne.
  • Gotowość pracy w dynamicznym i zróżnicowanym środowisku.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
