Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing technology strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing automation tools, templates, and reporting
- Manage overall audience enablement for marketing, sales, and service end-points
- Track product adoption, system performance, and value delivered through marketing technology
- Project oversight of all new technology implementations
- Provide management, leadership, and mentoring to direct reports
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience as a people-manager in Marketing Technology Systems in a fast-paced environment
- Effective experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience implementing and ongoing product ownership
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, data warehousing, personalization enablement, and data-driven marketing principles
- Expertise in audience creation, journey configuration, data feed integrations, and A/B testing best practices with leading marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce and Adobe
- Ability to influence senior leaders and help in making well-reasoned decisions
