Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze customer issues and provide solutions or escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Native/fluent Slovenian language skills
  • Ability to communicate in Polish or English

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (CET)
