We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Professional - Dutch Speaker to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues
  • Documenting and escalating issues as necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in Dutch, English, and/or German
  • Proven experience in technical support roles
