TN Poland is a leading provider of cloud-based Treasury, Cash and Risk Management solutions. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Warsaw.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, preferably with experience working on H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, AL2 and other technical protocols. They will also be familiar with software applications, particularly those used in cloud-based solutions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team. In addition, they will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
