Your primary responsibilities will involve:

  1. Supplying in-depth guidance to customers and taking additional steps to provide precise details;
  2. Meeting SLA deadlines to resolve customer complaints promptly;
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to speed up issue resolution;
  4. Escalating intricate customer requests to management;

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or call centers, preferably in the iGaming sector. Fluency in Italian and English is required, as well as knowledge of customer service standards and sales principles.
