Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer support team as a specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our valued clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide first-rate technical assistance to clients via multiple channels, adhering to strict service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients and module integrations for existing ones.
  • Employ creative problem-solving strategies to resolve complex customer technical issues.
  • Communicate proactively with the product development team about customer requirements and feedback.
  • Work in close cooperation with regional system engineers and the customer service team to guarantee consistency and efficiency in issue resolution.
  • Design and implement comprehensive online training programs for key clients' users, emphasizing practical skills and knowledge transfer.
  • Effectively manage client issues and internal tasks through the use of an internal ticketing system, ensuring prompt action on both fronts.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities within BauApp solutions, applying this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
