About the Job

We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Professional to join our team at Mettler-Toledo International Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting European and Asian internal customers and external customers with LabX software.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical assistance via various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  2. Solve complex technical issues related to LabX software and its integration.
  3. Maintain and upgrade system configurations as needed.
  4. Identify and document quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  5. Contribute to the development of training materials, such as E-Learnings and videos.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • A genuine passion for technology and software.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Windows Server/Client Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Networking Fundamentals.
  • Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP knowledge.
  • Cloud-based solutions expertise.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
