Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Poland, focusing on industrial equipment sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex sales processes.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between 80,000 and 120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localised sales strategies and campaigns into new markets and accounts.
  • Manage tender bidding processes in Poland, prioritise effectively, and ensure timely delivery of sales results.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, industry-focused workshops, and other promotional activities.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer objectives and product expert knowledge to influence customer decisions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, utilise CRM and quoting tool applications, and provide regular sales activity dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience in technical sales.
  • Proven experience in supplying advanced industrial measurement systems or complex capital equipment with good knowledge of the Polish market.
  • Excellent experience in tendering in Poland, selling high-value equipment B2B, and planning sales strategies for complex multi-system tenders.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customer requirements (technical, logistical, and commercial).
