Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Team Lead to join our team at Inter-Recruitment. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will be responsible for leading a team of application analysts and ensuring the smooth operation of our application management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of application analysts responsible for supporting BlackLine, Workiva, and Kyriba.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the hiring process for new team members, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Proactive ticketing and SLA management, including overseeing the ticketing process and implementing daily or weekly reviews to anticipate potential bottlenecks.
  • Training and development, including working with Application SME and AMS Delivery Lead to develop and implement training programs for the Application Support Team.
  • Process improvement, including continuously evaluating and improving support processes and implementing best practices for ticket management and operational efficiency.
  • Customer communication, including maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and acting as a key escalation point for complex or high-priority issues.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of Team Management experience, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings, performance evaluations, setting team objectives, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Proven experience in people management, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in application support, preferably with specific experience in BlackLine, Workiva, or Kyriba.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a support team while meeting SLAs and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to process improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
