About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Nipro Medical Poland office. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical devices to healthcare facilities and professionals across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Representing Nipro in pointed accounts of Oncology domestic market (Poland).
  • Promotion of Nipro products, generate sales orders and contracts, find new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Execution of sales individual goals (according to Budget Plan).
  • Prepare individual sales analysis, reporting sales activities and sale plans, prepare Quotation approvals for offers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Required experience in sales of medical devices or drugs to public oncology facilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
