Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect quotes, negotiate, and finalize suppliers using various procurement tools and techniques for effective purchasing management.
  • Analyze supply markets, develop category plans, and conduct spend analysis to meet diverse requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing assessments of sourcing risks and propose alternatives to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and address concerns promptly.
  • Evaluate internal issues within categories and resolve them efficiently.
  • Contribute to the implementation of indirect sourcing strategies, rules, processes, and projects in partnership with relevant categories.
  • Pursue new areas of cost reduction, demand containment, specification optimization, and value enhancement across all aspects of the business.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong networking relationships.

You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the procurement domain.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work cooperatively with end users, team members, suppliers, and management.
  • A drive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • The capacity to prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A commitment to the organization and a can-do attitude.
