We are seeking a Sales & Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with Ashley & Nicole to help our customers achieve their business goals.

About Our Sales Process
At Delante, we prioritize thought leadership and inbound marketing. Our skilled marketing team runs various marketing campaigns and delivers inbound sales leads across multiple channels. Once a qualified lead is identified, it is passed to a member of our Sales Team. The process involves:

  • Video call with the client
  • Proposal preparation (with support from delivery teams)
  • Sales pitch
  • Arranging the details
  • Finalizing the contract
  • The client is handed over to the delivery team.

About Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for closing inbound sales leads. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Setting up introductory video calls
  • Establishing good relationships with potential clients (CEOs, Marketing Directors)
  • Running sales pitches
  • Creating proposals and initial SEO analysis
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Coordinating contract details

About Our Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Positive attitude and mindset
  • SEO or SEM knowledge is a plus, but not required

About The Compensation Package

  • Base salary of 9000 PLN net B2B
  • Recurring, rev-share commission (approximately 4k PLN monthly after 6 months, 10k PLN monthly after a year, and 15k PLN monthly after two years of decent performance)
  • Up to 5k PLN monthly bonus based on sales targets
