Business Analyst Center of Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our esteemed Center of Excellence team. As a key member, your role will encompass participating in pre-sales activities and discovery phases, driving the initiation of new projects, and providing valuable support for existing ones within our outsourcing company.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within software development projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Business Analysis approaches and techniques.
  • Proven experience in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases.
  • Exceptional coordination skills.
  • The ability to structure requirements in a clear and concise manner for all stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with documentation and project management best practices.
  • Technical skills: understanding of API, DB, client-server architecture, and basic AI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Experience in QA or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst at TechMagic, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analyzing business, user, and solution requirements.
  • Conducting benchmarking exercises (competitive analysis, market research).
  • Collaborating with UX designers on user research (user personas, user journey, user testing).
  • Leading the discovery phase (workshops, interviews, research).
  • Creating process and use case diagrams.
  • Developing low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas.
  • Organizing and maintaining a product backlog.
  • Establishing a knowledge base and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assuming a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary.
  • Sharing vision and priorities with the team and contributing to the development of the BA community.
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of:

  • An initial call with the recruiter.
  • A subsequent interview with senior Business Analysts and the recruiter.
  • A final interview with the CTO and Team Lead of the BA team.
