The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside-sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads from marketing and routing them to our sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails">
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals">
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure">
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company">
  • Setting appointments and following up on leads">
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements">
  • Performing effective online demos to prospects">
  • Tracking progress towards meeting goals and reporting to managers">
  • Collaborating with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets">
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments">

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales)">
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software">
