Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our Warsaw team at Imperial Brands, a leading global FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to our employees.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Office Services: Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of office services.
  2. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, adhere to GDPR regulations, and ensure timely completion of audits and inspections.
  3. Financial Management: Monitor expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial accuracy in collaboration with the Finance Department.
  4. IT and Systems: Administer IT systems, manage software applications, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  5. Employee Experience: Support employee well-being, facilitate internal communications, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
