We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Eastern European region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with key customers in the region
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture these opportunities
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives

You will also be required to travel extensively throughout the region, visiting customers on a regular basis, attending trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the semiconductor industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
