Join the EMEA Payment HUB team in Krakow, Poland, as an Operations Manager - Payment Services. This exciting role involves managing day-to-day payment activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency.

About the Job

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of payment processes, including SEPA, FX4Cash, and XBACH transactions. Your goal will be to ensure timely and accurate payment processing while meeting regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and stability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years of professional experience in accountancy/banking and/or other relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of PC applications, particularly Excel, and good analytical skills.
  • Advanced language skills, written and verbal in English and country language if required.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
