We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Specialist with German language skills.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and telephone.
Your main tasks will include:
- Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Direct cooperation with our payment team to find the best solutions for customers, support for back-office tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must.
You should also possess a positive attitude towards the world and people, independence in solving queries, a team-oriented approach, and openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends.
