Salve Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance the performance and productivity of our sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales growth and operational excellence within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the delivery of designated services by vendors, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between partners and vendor development and operations teams.
  • Proactively update partners on potential issues and address them early on.
  • Improve program operations with a focus on process optimisation and quarterly strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead all account review meetings, collaborating with relevant managers and operations leads to assess daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Ensure all agreed deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of varied experience in scalable operations and sales environments, managing both internal and external relationships.
  • A strong RevOps mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional and regional collaboration skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent English proficiency (C1 or above), additional language proficiency such as Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or German is desirable.
