Salve Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance the performance and productivity of our sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales growth and operational excellence within the company.
Key Responsibilities- To oversee the delivery of designated services by vendors, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between partners and vendor development and operations teams.
- Proactively update partners on potential issues and address them early on.
- Improve program operations with a focus on process optimisation and quarterly strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead all account review meetings, collaborating with relevant managers and operations leads to assess daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Ensure all agreed deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- At least 7 years of varied experience in scalable operations and sales environments, managing both internal and external relationships.
- A strong RevOps mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional and regional collaboration skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1 or above), additional language proficiency such as Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or German is desirable.
- A competitive fixed salary, estimated at around $80,000 per year based on industry standards.
- A standard working week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:15.
