About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our logistics solutions team in Country: .

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue and increasing market share in your assigned territory and industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management, and/or experience working within a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company.

You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business outreach and meet/exceed goals.
  • Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
  • Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
  • Manage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationship with new and key customers.
  • Meet individual and PSA BDP's KPIs and goals.

You will also work closely with operations team to optimize global operations and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
  • University degree required.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in sales.
  • Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management and/or experience in a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company.
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment.

Salary is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards and location. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development, as well as a competitive benefits package.
